I lost my progress / accidentally deleted the game
If you had iCloud Backup turned on when you played, reinstalling the game on the
same Apple ID may restore your save. We don't have a server-side cloud save, so
progress lives on your device + iCloud. If iCloud was off, the save is unfortunately
gone โ sorry about that.
My in-app purchase didn't go through
Purchases are processed by Apple โ we never see them directly. If your purchase
was charged but the items didn't appear, first try restoring purchases from the
in-game settings menu. If that doesn't fix it, email us with your order receipt
and we'll sort it out together with Apple.
I want to request a refund
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us. Visit
reportaproblem.apple.com
to request a refund directly. If you'd like us to support your request, email us.
The game is crashing / running slow
Try this in order: (1) Close the game completely, (2) Restart your iPhone,
(3) Update to the latest iOS, (4) Update the game from the App Store. If it
still crashes, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version โ we'll look at the
crash logs we receive (no personal data attached) and push a fix.
Can I disable ads?
Yes โ there's a "Remove Ads" in-app purchase in the game. Alternatively, you can
disable personalized advertising in Settings โ Privacy & Security on your iPhone
(ads will still show, just not targeted).
Will my game come to Android?
Eventually, yes. We start with iOS and add Android once we're sure the
iOS version is rock-solid. Subscribe to our updates by emailing us โ we'll
let you know when it launches.
